About Me I was born and raised in New York City and have always been fascinated with jewelry. In the 1970's and 80's I started to collect and wear antique jewelry from around the world. Elsa Peretti was, and still is, my favorite designer. Designing and creating jewelry has become my passion for the past 20 years. I began my journey of learning and training by taking an evening course in jewelry making at a local high school in St. Petersburg, Florida. I was hooked and have been studying and creating ever since. I moved to Los Angeles in 1995, where I attended the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and earned my degree in wax carving and casting. Since then I have been studying and enhancing my skills and working with new materials. I am constantly experimenting with and creating new and interesting designs. Just like no two people are the same, neither are my pieces. Each piece is designed by me and painstakingly created and constructed by hand.
I particularly enjoy working with clients to design and hand make specific pieces exclusively for them. It may take a little longer, but it's worth it.
